At Obvi, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
